Shipping Policy

All orders (except pre-orders see below) are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times below refer to the time after your order has been dispatched.

A tracking link will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is shipped.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders over €100
(USA: Free FedEx Premium shipping over 200).


Pre-Orders

Pre-order pieces are sold ahead of stock arrival and are clearly marked on the product page. The expected ship date is listed on each pre-order product page.

If your order combines pre-order and in-stock pieces, the entire order ships together once the pre-order arrives.

If a ship date changes, we'll notify you by email. You may cancel your pre-order at any point before dispatch for a full refund.

Pre-orders are eligible for our standard return and exchange policy.

Phone Number Requirements

Some countries require a valid phone number for customs clearance and delivery.
If you ship to one of the following destinations, please make sure to enter your mobile number at checkout:

USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, China, India, South Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, Argentina.

Missing or incorrect phone numbers can lead to delays or returns.


Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and ensuring the package can be received.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address,

  • refusal to accept the package,

  • or the package not being picked up from the local post office/pickup point,

the shipment will be returned to us.

In this case, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee and any applicable customs costs.

If you wish the order to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
