A message from our founder
Paulina - Founder & CEO of nghty Berlin
nghty was born on a night at Berlin's KitKatClub. I was wearing barely more than lingerie and I had never felt more confident, sexy, and free in my body.
After years in strategy consulting and venture capital, I had followed what most people would call a successful path. But something was missing. I craved a sense of freedom and self-expression that boardrooms couldn't give me. I found it in Berlin - in its nightlife, its festivals, its refusal to play by anyone else's rules.
In those spaces, I saw what happens when women are free from judgment: they become magnetic. That feeling shouldn't be reserved for special nights or select spaces. It should be an option every day.
But when I looked for lingerie that matched that energy - bold, powerful, alive - it didn't exist. Everything was either soft and romantic, designed to look pretty for someone else. Or costume-like and impractical, saved for one night a year. Nothing was built for the woman I was in those moments. And every moment after.
So I created nghty. Lingerie with edge - minimal cuts, luxurious Italian mesh, designed in Berlin, made in Portugal. No lace, no bows, no compromises. Pieces that feel as good at 7am as they do at 3am.
nghty isn't about pleasing anyone else. It's about putting something on and feeling like the most powerful version of yourself.
